Regrouting & Recaulking

>>Go back to full list of Services

The first step in regrouting is to diagnose why a regrout is in order. When grout is cracked or missing there is a reason. We address the reason before we start the regrouting project. Sometimes it's cracked or missing because it's an old installation and worn out and other times it may have been from a poor installation. Either way, we'll advise the best solution to resolve the issue and make it right.

Recaulking is usually necessary in kitchens between the countertop and the backsplash, showers, tub surrounds and sometimes entire bathrooms.

Our caulk is formulated for interior and exterior wet areas such as pools, showers, tubs, fountains and any other wet areas of the residential or commercial project. We aim for long-term repairs.

Grout Sealing Program for New Installations

Often a home is built and the homeowner is told to "get the grout sealed". We can do that! We only use a permanent clear sealer that offers excellent adhesion and allows for easier maintenance for a longer period of time. Another benefit of this product is its compatibility with all types of stone and grout. With this sealer it will not be necessary to reseal the grout or granite again.

Of special note:
1- Some Manufacturers of grout products that have sealer included also recommend them to be clear sealed.
2- We cannot seal pre-mixed urethane grout.
